Experienced oil and gas professional with extensive experience in broadcast journalism and media production.
Built and collaboratively managed a private independent exploration and production company to a $50MM reserve evaluation which was ranked among the top 100 private E&P producers in North America.
Prior to working in the upstream (E&P) oil and gas market, I have 12 years experience in broadcast television working as a photojournalist for network affiliates CBS, NBC, and FOX. My responsibilities included covering world events as far as the Bosnian war, natural disasters, and was one of the first journalist to report from the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995. I was chief of aerial cinematography for FOX 1996 -2000
In my second chapter of life, in the oil &gas business, I served as Director of Communications/Sr. Lead Business Development Manager, Shareholder, and member of the Board of Directors for CEI. I produced all corporate communications and developed 3-D seismic cartography prospectuses for corporate deal flow.
In 2018, I started my own independent oil and gas company, Davis Oil and Minerals as well as a media content production company, RYAN DAVIS MEDIA.
