OiG Show Room Booking Reservations
This form is to reserve space at the OiG office located at 430 S. Main St., Grapevine.
You can reserve the hightop conference table, large conference room, or the whole event space.
Each request must be submitted up to 24 hours before requested time, at a minimum.
Each request must be approved. You will know you have an approval when you receive a calendar invite with the time you requested.
There is no guarantee for space unless the request is approved.
If the time you requested is not approved you will be given alternative times.
