OiG Show Room Booking Reservations

• This form is to reserve space at the OiG office located at 430 S. Main St., Grapevine.

• You can reserve the hightop conference table, large conference room, or the whole event space.

• Each request must be submitted up to 24 hours before requested time, at a minimum.

• Each request must be approved. You will know you have an approval when you receive a calendar invite with the time you requested.

• There is no guarantee for space unless the request is approved.

• If the time you requested is not approved you will be given alternative times.
